• We are not liable for errors, omissions, or misinterpretations resulting from the AI processing.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

"User Content" refers to any video, audio, image, document, text strings, or other materials you upload to the Service for processing.

As explicitly stated in our legal summaries, you retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by uploading User Content, you grant Smartech AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as transcriptions or translated strings), and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, host, or transmit any content that:
